WorkReady: Employee Health Patient Portal

*There is no emergent need to call Employee health; if you feel sick, stay home and complete the Failed Daily Pass/Symptomatic questionnaire in the Employee Health Patient Portal.

COVID-19 Medical & Religious Exempt Testing Sites and Hours

It’s important for all employees to note: if you are feeling ill or are symptomatic of COVID-19, please calling the Employee Hotline at (585) 454-8202 for instructions.

All Centralized COVID-19 Accommodation Saliva Testing require an appointment. This means vaccine-exempt employees and other RRH individuals will need to schedule their tests in advance, as the walk-in option will no longer be available.

Testing appointments will take place in the WorkReady (formerly Employee and Occupational Health) office on site during clinic hours at: Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic; Newark-Wayne Community Hospital; Rochester General Hospital; Unity Hospital; United Memorial Medical Center; and RRH’s WorkReady office at 2701 Culver Road, second floor.

Reimbursement for At-Home COVID-19 Tests

As of January 15, 2022, insurance companies in the U.S. are required to reimburse members for the purchase of over-the-counter at-home COVID-19 rapid testing kits.

The reimbursement process varies based on the insurance plan. Some require members to submit a request for reimbursement and show proof of purchase. Other plans require a prescription from a provider.

If you are looking to obtain reimbursement, you should contact your insurer for more detailed information on their guidelines. If your plan does require a prescription for reimbursement, you should also contact your provider’s office for guidance.
