Geneva, NY – Today, Rochester Regional Health (RRH) broke ground on what will be a 58,000-square-foot destination medical campus conveniently located at 833 Canandaigua Rd. in the Town of Geneva. This new state-of-the-art facility will bring both new and pre-existing practices together in one central location.
The Geneva Medical Campus will feature nearly 90 exam rooms and multiple specialties, including:
- Adult Primary Care
- Allergy, Immunology and Rheumatology
- Behavioral Health
- Cardiology
- Endocrinology
- General and Vascular Surgery
- Laboratories
- Lipson Cancer Center – Infusion
- Neurosciences
- Oncology
- Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Orthopedics
- Pediatrics
- Urgent Care
- Urology
Additionally, the center will also house a full imaging suite with MRI, CT, x-ray, mammogram, DEXA (bone density), and ultrasound capabilities. It will also include a physical therapy gym and a full procedure suite.
“This new campus is a testament to our vision of making world-class healthcare accessible to all, at all stages of their lives,” said Richard “Chip” Davis, CEO of Rochester Regional Health. “By bringing a comprehensive range of services together in one location, we are not only meeting the current needs for Geneva and the surrounding communities but also anticipating and planning for future healthcare demands.”
“This project is a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to integrate and elevate healthcare services,” said Jatin Motiwal, President of the Clinical Integrated Network and Chief Service Line Officer. “By bringing together diverse specialties and advanced medical technologies, the Geneva Medical Campus will enhance the patient experience and support the health and well-being of our community.”
The project will revitalize a large, neglected property along one of Geneva’s most prominent thoroughfares through modern building design, updated landscaping, and by reclaiming nearly one-third of the existing parking lot for sustainable green space.
The over $37 million project is being constructed in partnership with trusted local architecture and planning firm CPL and well-respected general contractor LeChase Construction. Construction is expected to be completed in 2025.
