We are here to support you and your family before, during, and after your treatment with compassionate relationships and a wide range of mental health services designed to bring hope and healing.
Our Approach to Collaborative Care
Whether you’re managing a chronic illness, navigating pregnancy, or undergoing cancer treatment, mental health support is essential. Our collaborative care team coordinates with your providers to bring in counseling, therapy, and emotional support services to support you on every level when it’s most needed.
Symptoms Managed Through Collaborative Care
Our collaborative care team works together to create customized treatment plans to support patients experiencing:
- anxiety & stress
- changes in appetite
- depression & sadness
- insomnia
- irritability
It is normal for patients to experience some or all of these at some point. However, it is especially important to seek help if these symptoms are interfering with your life and daily activities.
