Adaptable Assistance

A traditional recovery setting doesn’t work for everyone, which is why we created the Individualized Medication-Assisted Treatment (IMAT) Program. This flexible, community-based program is for individuals who cannot attend a program at one of our chemical dependency facilities but still would like to begin their recovery journey.

About IMAT

Recovery is difficult, but it is possible. With the help of our specially trained primary care providers, you will receive care focused on your schedule and your recovery goals. We have access to the latest treatments and support services, including:

  • Medication only
  • One-on-one counseling with a therapist
  • Connection with a peer
  • Options to detox at home or attend an inpatient rehab program
  • Group and family programs

Our chemical dependency bridge program allows us to provide the same excellent care to those who need us a little differently.

IMAT Evaluations

There is no judgment when you walk through our doors or speak to us on the phone. We don’t just want to help you through your recovery, but we want to motivate you to do what you think is best for your life and body.

Your first visit will be like a regular visit with a primary care provider–that will help to identify your needs and work towards developing your individual plan. Here, we work collaboratively. You are deeply involved in your care, and your opinion and needs are carefully assessed at every step.

As you move through the stages of recovery, your treatment will move with you. No two recoveries are the same, and our experienced team is uniquely prepared to pivot and adapt as we work towards your recovery.
