Resources Created to Help You
Education is a critical component to recovery and regaining independence. During each patient's stay, we provide them (and their families) with a lot of information, which may include one-on-one sessions, printed materials, Internet-based tools and group education sessions. We tailor these resources to meet individual needs.
Our Patient and Family Education Center provides access to a computer with informative websites, as well as many printed documents for you to review at you convenience.
