Experienced, Compassionate Perinatal Care
Rochester Regional Health Home Care offers perinatal programs that assist mothers in developing birthing plans for their at-risk infants. In addition, we offer programs for both mothers and children with life-threatening illnesses. Our nurses have specialized knowledge and training in maternal-child health and pediatrics, as well as education that is specific to your family’s needs.
Women’s and Maternal/Child Health
The Home Care pediatric and maternal health experience is centered around loving, sensitive, hands-on care at home. We offer comprehensive services for infants and children, new moms, and mothers-to-be.
Our pediatric clinical nurses can offer:
- Pre and post-natal care and teaching
- Pediatric assessment, care, and teaching
- Lactation consultation and teaching
- High-risk pregnancy management
- IV nutrition and hydration
- Linkage with CompassionNet, if needed
The Home Care team is actively involved in organizing your child’s care, and supervises all care 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We are responsible for making sure that all services being provided to you are coordinated, and you can contact us at any time–day or night–if you’re having a problem.
