Suzanne is a physical therapist who focuses on orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, spine issues, total joint rehabilitation and neuromuscular re-education. She specializes in treatment of Parkinson’s disease and is LSVT Big certified. She earned her degree at Daemen College. Suzanne enjoys cycling, swimming, running, hiking, and participating in triathlon competitions.
Kelly is a physical therapist experienced in spinal pain, post-trauma care, general orthopedics, vestibular rehab and balance training. Currently working on a Graduate Certificate in Chronic Pain Management through McGill University in Canada, she is particularly passionate about bringing the latest research and knowledge into the treatment of persistent pain conditions. The Certificate of Applied Functional Science (CAFS) prepared her to systematically optimize human movement towards best function and performance in daily life. Since earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Andrews University in 2009, she practiced in a variety of settings in Upstate NY and 3 years in California. She is a proud mother of 2 elementary aged children and a volunteer ski patroller for Brantling Ski Slopes.
Jennifer is a speech-language pathologist who focuses on treating a variety of speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. She is trained in video fluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS) also known as modified barium swallow studies. Jennifer earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nazareth College of Rochester. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and reading.
Geneva Providers
Megan graduated from Daemen College in 2008 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She enjoys working with a variety of conditions including orthopedic injuries, spine impairments, balance & gait, vertigo, and pre- and post-op care. With pride in patient education and motivation, she feels privileged to guide people to overcome their pain or functional limitations and enable them to regain a fulfilling life. Outside of work, Megan enjoys nature, riding her bike, kayaking, and spending time with her husband and their two Shiba Inus.
Greece Providers
Maribeth is a physical therapist who specializes in neurological rehabilitation, with a focus on treating stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and generalized conditioning. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Nazareth College.
Geremy is a certified hand therapist that is also a board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialist. She earned her DPT from Touro College, completed a Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency Program at Cayuga Medical Center, and holds certifications in Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy (McKenzie Method) and Myofascial Decompression (cupping). She is a physical therapist who treats orthopaedic conditions and injuries and specializes in treating upper extremities involving the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand.

Jill is a physical therapist who focuses on orthopaedics, aquatic therapy, and spinal issues. She earned both her Master's in Physical Therapy and her DPT from Ithaca College. She enjoys running, sports, reading, music, and spending time with family.

Laurie is a physical therapist who focuses on orthopaedics, rehabilitation, and aquatic physical therapy. She specializes in treating the spine and upper and lower extremities. She has attended seminars on topics that include McKenzie, Mulligan, myofascial/manual techniques, Graston, AAT, yoga, pilates, running kinematics, spine, and sports-related injuries. Laurie has written for WNY Physician Magazine, and has conducted a spine research project. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Daemen College. In her free time, Laurie enjoys travelling, as well as playing and watching sports.
Sarah is a physical therapist who specializes in neurological rehabilitation with a focus on stroke, brain injury, lower limb amputations and Parkinson’s disease. Sarah is a PWR! Moves Certified Therapist and oversees Rochester Regional Health’s Parkinson’s Education and Support Group. Sarah earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Ithaca College.
Colleen is a Physical Therapist who specializes in orthopedic injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. Colleen holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Daemen College. She prides herself in using a collaborative and personalized process with her patients to achieve their goals for return to functional activities. She also authored an article in Physiotherapy Practice and Research Journal. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys playing soccer, walking her dog, hiking, and traveling. Justin is a PT Clinical Manager who specializes in treating patients with chronic pain, ankle, shoulder, knee, as well as concussion and vestibular issues. He has a concussion management certification from the American Institute of Balance, and he is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) as well as a Mulligan Teaching Assistant. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University at Buffalo.
Bhavi is a physical therapist who earned her Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree from SNDT University, India in 2016. She specializes in treating patients with orthopedic conditions involving all the joints of upper extremity, lower extremity, back, and neck. She believes in patient satisfaction and implements manual therapy and exercise therapy to achieve best possible results. She helps her patients return to their prior level of functional independence with correct treatment techniques and necessary encouragement. Bhavi enjoys traveling and likes to hike, cook, and paint in her spare time.
Isobel is an orthopaedic physical therapist who follows a pragmatic, individualized approach to treatment. She specializes in hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, spine rehabilitation and also temporomandibular joint dysfunction. She enjoys treating vestibular and post-concussion patients. She has completed the Vestibular Rehabilitation Competency Course offered by Emory University and more recently became certified as a Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Specialist through the American Institute of Balance. Isobel is co-chair of the Clinical Ladder Committee which promotes ongoing professional development and funds continuing education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin, Ireland in 1992. In her free time she enjoys gardening, hiking and spending time with her family.
Katie graduated from University at Buffalo with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and University of Southern California with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. She was a competitive swimmer from 8 years old until her mid 30’s. She still swims now for exercise and is involved in dog rescue. Katie believes in patient focused care – reaching patient goals is her main focus and adjusting rehab program to get patients back to the level of function the patient wants, whether it’s running a marathon or getting out of the car.
Ashley is a physical therapist who treats neurological disorders such as strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and MS, as well as general orthopedic conditions and chronic pain conditions. She believes in a person-centered approach with a focus on pain education and provides an individualized treatment plan based on each person’s limitations and goals. Ashley received both her BS in Exercise and Sports Studies and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from D’Youville College. Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys reading, painting, and rowing.
Jacob Templar is a physical therapist and board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialist who focuses on spine, migraine/headache, chronic pain, and barbell athletes. Jacob received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Utica college in 2016, Bachelors in Health Studies from Utica college in 2014, and is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy.

Leigh is a physical therapist who specializes in lymphedema management and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Daemen College and an MPA with a specialization in health care management from the State University of New York at Brockport. She has written for both Physicians Practice Magazine and WNY Physician Magazine. In her free time, Leigh enjoys baking, cycling, hiking, and spending time with family.
Julie is a physical therapist who specializes in orthopedic gait/balance, shoulder, knees, hips and cancer-related fatigue. She earned her DPT from Nazareth College.

Deanna is a physical therapist who specializes in orthopaedics, lymphedema management, and cancer-related fatigue therapy. She has authored several articles in Midtown Spirit Magazine and one on lymphedema management in Western NY Physician Magazine.
Newark Providers
Brooks Balcer is the lead speech-language pathologist and has worked at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital for ten years. She has special interest in dysphagia, voice disorders, upper airway disorders, and Brain Injury and is certified in Lee Silverman LOUD, SPEAK OUT, Fiberoptic Endoscopic Examination of Swallowing, and Lessac Madsen Resonant Voice Therapy.She also has experience with Modified Barium Swallow Studies and Trach/Vent patients. Brooks works in both inpatient and outpatient settings and has vast experience in a variety of patient populations. She attended SUNY Geneseo for undergraduate and graduate school. When Brooks is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, running, and reading.
Lauren is a physical therapist and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She has special interest in leg, arm, and post-cancer based treatments and also works on the inpatient side of the hospital with special interest in cardiac and post-surgical cases. Lauren graduated from Nazareth College with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, knitting, and reading.
Erin is a physical therapist who treats acute care and outpatient orthopedic patients. Her interests include acute care therapy where she aims to get patients back to their baseline functional status to help patients go home. She is also interested in post-surgical therapy. Erin graduated from Nazareth College with her Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy in 2017. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the lake, walking and reading.
Andrea is an orthopedic physical therapist who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in Buffalo, NY. Andrea enjoys working with patients with all orthopedic injuries, post-operative care, total joint replacements and spine injuries to regain function and return to a healthy and active lifestyle. Andrea also has a special interest in working with infants with Torticollis. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children for family movie nights, attending sporting events and spending time outdoors in their pool.
Tom is an orthopedic physical therapist with special interest in knee/ankle/foot rehabilitation, shoulder and upper extremity, total joint replacement and vestibular rehabilitation. Using a combination of manual therapy and proven, individualized therapeutic exercises he works to help his patients regain the maximum amount of recovery and return to an active lifestyle. Tom graduated from Daemen College and Quinnipiac University’s post-professional Master Degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. In his free time, Tom enjoys sports and anything outdoors: boating, biking, hiking and exercising.
Laura is an occupational therapist and is passionate about helping people complete activities that they need or would like to do on a daily basis. She strives to help her patients gain back their ability, or adapt their surroundings to make it possible. Laura earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at Utica College. In her spare time, Laura enjoys listening to music and all things outdoors including camping, hiking, and kayaking.
Jamie is a speech-language pathologist with special interest in dysphagia, upper airway disorders and stroke/brain injury. She has experience with Modified Barium Swallow Studies and is working on gaining further experience with Fiberoptic Endoscopic Examination of Swallowing. Jamie is passionate about helping patients reach their previous level of ability, or adapt to new strategies to reach functional status. She graduated with her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from SUNY Fredonia. When not working, Jamie enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, camping, and completing puzzles.
Mary is an occupational therapist who treats acute care and outpatient patients. She motivates people to work to achieve their goals of independently completing daily activities that are meaningful to them. Mary earned her Masters of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University. In her spare time, Mary can be found spending time with her family and friends, hiking with her dog, cooking, and exercising.

Christi is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist who specializes in the Graston Technique for soft-tissue injuries, as well as custom splint fabrication, tendon injuries, and hand/wrist fracture management. She earned her BS in Occupational Therapy and MS in Occupational Therapy at University at Buffalo.

Carol is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist who focuses on hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She specializes in treating arthritis, basal joint arthritis, multi-system/traumatic hand injuries, and fractures. She holds a certification in Ergonomics and authored/co-authored diagnostic treatment guidelines and diagnostic patient materials for the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT). She earned her Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University. In her free time, Carol enjoys quilting, gardening, outdoor activities, and spending time with family.
