Rochester, like many U.S. cities, faces a challenging landscape of generational poverty. Shockingly, it has the highest child poverty rate among similar-sized cities at 52.5% and ranks fifth in extreme poverty among the top 75 metropolitan areas in the U.S. While we can't banish these grim statistics single-handedly, we're teaming up with local partners to enhance community health and pave the way for more prosperous, sustainable futures.
