Whole-Person Care You Can Count On
Health challenges, whether they're related to cancer, chronic conditions, or other concerns, can affect not just your body, but also your mind and emotional well-being. Feelings of depression, anxiety, and fear are common -- but there is hope.
The experts in our expanded Collaborative Care Program offer caring relationships and a variety of mental health services to support you before, during, and after cancer treatment or visits to your OB/GYN and primary care providers at a growing network of our locations.
Symptoms Managed by Collaborative Care
Our Collaborative Care Services Team can help provide individualized treatment plans for patients experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Anxiety and stress – a constant and persistent feeling of worry, nervousness, restlessness, stress, and fear.
- Depression and sadness – a feeling of deep sadness or guilt, extreme fatigue, difficulty concentrating, a loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed.
- Insomnia – difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.
- Irritability – feelings of anger, annoyance, and frustration.
- Changes in appetite – A loss of interest in eating or overeating.
While it may be normal to experience these feelings at some point during your treatment or life changes, it is especially important to seek help if these symptoms are interfering with your life and daily activities.
Our Collaborative Care Services
The various services offered by members of our collaborative care services team include:

- Developing counseling and interventional planning to counter the effects of emotional distress.
- Guiding patients and their care team to tools and resources that can help improve emotional health.
- Tailoring counseling and other resources to meet each patient's specific needs based upon where they are in their health journey.
