To maintain your optimum health, we recommend following certain health screenings based on your age. Talk with your physician about the best plan of action for you.

For women between the ages of 18 and 40
Monthly breast self-exam
- Blood pressure
- Physical exam
- Dental exam
- Pap smear and pelvic exam (every 1-2 years)
- Skin health (screening) all every three years
- Cholesterol checks every five years
- Hearing checks every 10 years
- Thyroid test at age 35 and then every five years
- Eye exam before age 40
For women between the ages of 41 and 50
Monthly breast self-exam
Yearly screenings for:
- Blood pressure
- Physical exam
- Mammogram
- Dental exam
- Cholesterol checks
- Pap smear and pelvic exam (every 1-2 years)
- Skin health (screening) every three years
- Thyroid test every five years
- Hearing checks every 10 years
- Bone densitometry (DEXA) scans at menopause and after as recommended by your physician
- Colonoscopy at age 50 and after as recommended by your physician
For women between the ages of 51 and 65
Monthly breast self-exam
- Blood pressure
- Physical exam
- Mammogram
- Dental exam
- Diabetes
- Cholesterol checks
- Pap smear and pelvic exam (every 1-2 years)
- Skin health (screening) every three years
- Thyroid test every five years
- Hearing checks every 10 years
- Bone densitometry (DEXA) scans as recommended by your physician
- Colonoscopy at age 50 and after as recommended by your physician
For women over the age of 66
Monthly breast self-exam
- Blood pressure
- Physical exam
- Mammogram
- Dental exam
- Diabetes
- Cholesterol checks
- Pap smear and pelvic exam (every 1-2 years)

- Thyroid test every five years
- Hearing checks every 10 years
