How to Connect to Telemedicine
All patients can easily connect to their physician from their home or other remote location by using the MyCare patient portal on your smartphone or your laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or any device with a built-in camera.
By using any one of our virtual telemedicine services, you can:

- discuss your medical history
- evaluate next steps
- get a prescription written, if needed
Secure and Private Connection
Just like an in-person visit, your virtual visit is secure, private, and entirely confidential. To maintain privacy on your end, it is important that you contact your provider from a private and secure location, like your home. Your home is likely to be the safest place for a telemedicine visit.
Insurance and Costs
Our top priority is to ensure that you and your family receive the best possible care and are well informed about all aspects of your treatment, including your insurance coverage.
Prior to your telemedicine appointment, you should review your insurance plan to make sure your plan includes coverage for telemedicine appointments. Most insurance plans provide some level of coverage. However, you may need to pay some of the expenses, like a co-payment, at the time of your visit.
